NSU students, faculty and staff have borrowing privileges each semester that they are enrolled in law school. NSU Law Center alumni also have borrowing privileges. Materials that routinely circulate can be checked out by law students for a period of two weeks. Codes, reporters, loose leafs, periodicals, multi volume series, and books with pocket parts do not circulate. Materials can be renewed once if another patron has not placed a hold on the item. To renew, either stop by the Circulation Desk or call 954.262.6202.
To obtain borrowing privileges, stop by the Circulation Desk with your NSU Law Center I.D./SmartCard. This will entitle you to borrowing privileges at the Law Library & Technology Center as well as the Library, Research & Information Technology (Main) and Health Professions Division (HPD) Libraries. However, you must comply with the rules of these libraries when using their materials and facilities.
Reserve materials can also be checked out for a period of three hours. Overnight circulation is available for Reserve materials.
