Adjunct Professor Gursky is currently a partner at Partner, Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. she concentrates practicing all phases of insurance law, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, negligent security, automobile negligence, premise liability, and general liability defense.
Adjunct Professor Gursky has jury and non-jury trial experience in various courts throughout the state, as she is admitted to practice in United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and North Districts of Florida.
Adjunct Professor Gursky is currently an attorney Ad Litem for Lawyers for Children in America. In 2008 she received the Put Something Back Pro Bono Service award, followed by the John Edward Smith Child Advocacy Award in 2010.
