Adjunct Professor Multack is a County Court Judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County. Judge Multack exclusively handles matters involving domestic violence, both the criminal aspect and civil aspect.
From 2001 to 2011, Judge Multack was an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney in Broward County (17th Judicial Circuit).  While there, he was part of the Special Prosecution Unit, Organized Crime / Gang Unit, 10-20-Life Division, and a Felony Trial Unit Supervisor. 
In 2009 Judge Multack acheived board certification in Criminal Trial Law from the The Florida Bar.      
Earlier in his career, Judge Multack was an intern and attorney at Fuller Mallah and Associates, and a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the State Attorney at the 11th Judicial Circuit.
Adjunct Professor Multack is a nationwide lecturer on topics of trial advocacy and electronic evidence; he has developed and teaches a class entitled ‘Applying Social Networking to Criminal Investigation.’; and is a guest lecturer on topics regarding criminal procedure, trial practice, and sentencing.
Additionally, Judge Multack directs the mock trial program at McArthur High School in Hollywood, Florida for high school students competing in the Florida Mock Trial Tournament sponsored by the Florida Bar and Florida Law Related Education Association.
Judge Multack serves on the The Florida Bar's  committee for Law Related Education.
