Adjunct Professor Tracy is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Sole practitioner, concentrating in the areas of wills, trusts, guardianships, probate administration and litigation, and family law.

Previously, Adjunct Professor Tracy was an Associate Attorney at Platt, Haas & Landsman, P.A. handling commercial litigation, including foreclosure actions on behalf of condominium associations; Assistant State Attorney in Broward County Florida under Michael J. Satz, State Attorney, prosecuting DUI’s, misdemeanors and felonies from filing through trial, and assigned to the Drug Trafficking Unit handling 15 year mandatory-sentence drug trafficking offenses.

Early on in her career, she was a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Ferrerro, Middlebrooks and Strickland with primary responsibilities of preparing written materials for CLE seminars and drafting memorandum of law; and Law Clerk at the Law Offices of J. Leonard Fleet, Esquire with primary responsibilities of preparing legal memorandum for J. Leonard Fleet, Esquire.

Adjunct Professor Tracy is a member of several professional associations, such as The Florida Bar, Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.
