FOOD DRIVE FOR A LOCAL FAMILY SHELTER
WHO & WHAT: We are asking ALL NSU Law students, faculty and staff to partner with us in this endeavor by donating "pantry items" and baby supplies such as:
cereal, canned meats (not vegetables), peanut butter, spaghetti sauce,diapers, baby wipes, etc.
WHEN: Collection will take place from now until November 6th.
WHY: To serve the 14 families that reside at The Shepherd's Way, a family homeless shelter.
On November 7th, CLSF will deliver these items to the residents of The Shepherd's Way and spend the morning assisting with painting and cleaning at the property.

The Shepherd's Way, Inc. is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has provided emergency shelter, food, clothing, furniture, transportation, case work, life skills classes, and rent assistance to over 2,100 homeless children and parents in Broward County over the past twelve years.
