“TALENT” is the title for the hosts of the WLAW Radio on-air shows. There are two regularly scheduled live broadcasts of each of WLAW Radio’s shows.  The Talent is responsible for pre-show preparation, especially for interviews, such as researching, outlining, and discussing interview ideas and tactics with the Producer(s) and/or Executives.
