About
HISTORY
WLAW started out as a small internet radio station in April 2006. At that time, the radio station had only one program focused on political issues and current events. Its main purpose was to record review sessions for students to use as a study tool for final exam preparation. By the Winter semester of 2007, Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center acquired WLAW. As a result, Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center became the first ABA accredited law school to have a student-run radio station, with the help of creators Chad Robinson and Sara Graditor, Juris Doctorate Class of 2008.
