Christian Legal Society was founded in 1961 and is a national non-profit organization and a national ministry serving thousands of Christian attorneys, law students, law professors, judges, paralegals, and other legal communities. This organization is committed to spreading the love of Christ; learning about the law; and biblical tradition. Currently, national membership is $25 per year for law students.

Here are a few reasons why you should join this organization:

• To establish a student group for fellowship and prayer through spiritual development and campus outreach.
• To receive spiritual and professional encouragement from a vast network of CLS staff, attorneys, law professors, judges and fellow students.
• To cultivate invaluable contacts with Christian Legal Society members who can assist you with finding summer internships and job prospects upon graduation.
• To grow in your faith through CLS's various publications and tapes such as the Christan Lawyer Digest, Bible studies for lawyers and law students, and training materials on religious liberty and other important social and legal issues.
• We are looking forward to meeting all those interested in joining this organization.
