Instructions for Online Application

All information that is required must be provided by the applicant. Applicants will be notified by email regarding admission status. Applicants must complete the application.

  1. Complete the online application below by clicking on the M.S. Employment Law application below.
  2. Sign and mail the signature page to the address below. This will come up on your screen after the application is submitted.
  3. Contact your undergraduate institution and request an official transcript showing your undergraduate degree conferral to be mailed to the address below. The school must be regionally accredited. Transcripts from all colleges and universities must be submitted for review. Foreign transcripts will need to be evaluated and translated by an outside agency and meet the requirements of a four year degree in the United States. (transcript evaluation is the applicants responsibility)
  4. Submit two letters of recommendation on letterhead and the recommendation form completed by both applicant and evaluator. These forms can only be accessed from this site. We recommend that applicants print these forms before completing the application below.
  5. Submit the $50.00 non refundable application fee.

It is the applicants responsibility to verify that all of the required documents above are received.

Please note: The University will charge you a non-refundable $50 application fee each time you submit an application. When you are in the process of completing your application, review it carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct or supplement the answers you provided on your application, do not submit a new application. Doing so will result in an additional application fee charge. If there is anything additional you would like to have added to your file, please mail it to the address below.

 

The M.S. in Employment Law program is currently not open to attorneys, foreign attorneys, or law students in the US or any other country.

Applications for the July 2009 start are now available

When you apply, you will be asked to Login with a Pin Number. If this is your first time applying to any NSU program, you will need to create a new account (instructions are on the login page). If you have already created an account and have forgotten your Pin Number, please contact the Pin Help Desk at 1-800-541-6682 extension 4357.
