Admission Information

The goal of the admissions process is to identify candidates who have or currently work in the business or human resource field and would benefit from a Employment Law degree. Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of academic achievements as shown through their academic record, and familiarity with the employment issues as shown by the personal statement, and prior or current work experience. Professional experience in business or human resources is required as well as two letters of recommendation.

All application material must be received by June 30, 2010 for the July 2010 start. Applications will not be reviewed by the admissions committee until all application material has been received. Application material is considered complete when the application, application fee, signature page, two letters of recommendation with completed letter of recommendation forms, and official transcripts from all colleges attended have been received. The admissions committee may request further supporting documentation from applicants. It is the applicant's responsibility to verify that all required documents have been received.

The M.S. in Employment Law program is currently not open to attorneys, foreign attorneys, or law students in the US or any other country.
