Registering SoftTest

This is a 2-step process. You must take the qualification and register Examsoft to successfully register examsoft. The failure to complete both steps will not allow you to take your exams.

Step 1: Double-click the “SofTest” Desktop icon. Click OK IF prompted to take the Qualification Exam

Step 2: All boxes should be prefilled except for “Student ID”. Enter any text.

Step 3: Click Begin Exam. The computer will reboot.

Step 4: After rebooting, you will enter “Secure Mode” for the Qualification Exam. Follow all on-screen instructions to complete this exam.

Step 5: When finished, exit the Qualification Exam by selecting “File” then “Exit” and follow the instructions. You do not have actually take the exam. As soon as the exam appears immediately exit out of the exam.

You must now register SofTest

Step 6: After rebooting, the SofTest “Complete Registration” window will appear

• Enter your Student ID & password, then click “Register”
  • Student ID is your NSU ID (i.e. - N12345678)
  • Password is your last 6 digits of your NSU ID

Step 7: Congratulations you have completed your Examsoft Registration!
