Creating Email Contacts

Step 1 : Click Contacts (located in your folder list)

Step 2: Click New

Step 3: Fill in the Full Name, E-mail, and any other relevant boxes

Step 4: Click Save and Close

You have just added an individual to your Contacts.  Instead of typing their email address every time you send an email, you can simply select their name from the contacts section of the address book.
