Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER)
PACER is a service that provides case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts, and from the U.S. Party/Case Index, via the Internet. Nova Southeastern University Law Library is participating in a pilot project, sponsored by the United States Government Printing Office (US GPO), to offer free public access to PACER.
