How Do I Find Faculty Course Reserves?
Reserves are materials selected by law faculty for their courses to be used by students for limited loan periods. The function of placing library materials on faculty reserve is to ensure the availability of materials to all students by limiting the time these items can be borrowed by any one student. Typically reserve materials can be borrowed for a maximum of three hours. Examples
of faculty reserves include books, articles, videos, or papers from a faculty’s personal collection. Faculty reserves are located behind the circulation desk in the Shepard Broad Law Library & Technology Center. Faculty reserves can be searched by instructor or course number on NOVACAT by using the ‘Reserve’ tab.
