- BillMaps is a useful tool for following legislation as it moves through Congress. This mashup uses data from Google Maps, OpenCongress and GovTrack to present bill information such as names of sponsors and voting history. The familiar Google Maps format allows you to click on the bubbles and discover who sponsored and/or voted for a bill. Links on each bill's page take you to corresponding pages at OpenCongress and GovTrack, where you can get further information. A summary of the bill is provided on the map page, although, for complex bills such as The Affordable Health Care for America Act, the summaries on OpenCongress and GovTrack are much easier to read.
