Charlene Smith
Charlene L. Smith is a law professor at Shepard Broad Law Center. She has taught courses in comparative law and international human rights. She has been a member of ILGA and has presented papers at many international conferences. She was the Executive Director for the Woman's Institute for Social Change in Minneapolis and was the City Manager for a experimental town dedicated to social and economic justice.
