Fair Campaign Practices Committee

How to File a Complaint

The Committee will consider any complaint which alleges that a political candidate, organization or issue campaign has violated the Broward County Code of Ethical Campaign Practices. To file a complaint, follow the procedures below.

Step One

Review the Committee's Complaint Information Sheet to determine whether you are ready to file a complaint.

Step Two

Download and complete the Complaint Form and Notary Provision:

Step Three

File the Complaint with Committee Chair Robert (Skip) Johnson, (fax) 954-630-9050, or Vice-Chair Frank C. Walker, (fax) 954-763-4856.
