Robert Gregg is an Instructor in the Law Center's Critical Skills Program and the Florida Bar Auxiliary Program for graduates preparing to take the Florida Bar exam, as well as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science in Employment Law program. Professor Gregg graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was published in the International & Comparative Law Review. A member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in all federal district courts in Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Professor Gregg has practiced as both a litigation and corporate attorney with the law firms Allen, Norton & Blue (Coral Gables) and Ruden McClosky (Fort Lauderdale), primarily in the areas of labor and employment and commercial contract disputes.
Professor Gregg also has significant government experience, having worked for many years in state and county government administration prior to receiving his law degree. He was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to the State of Florida's Affordable Housing Study Commission and is the Chair of the Broward County Commission’s Homeless Advisory Board. Professor Gregg also volunteers with the Florida Bar's Justice Teaching program, in which he teaches basic constitutional law principles to students at public elementary schools. He is married to his best friend, Andrea, and they have three wonderful children.
