I am an AV Rated Registered Florida Patent Attorney at Gold & Rizvi, P.A., a Fort Lauderdale patent law firm and have focused my practice exclusively on patent, trademark, and copyright law for the past 12 years.
I have taught as an Adjunct Professor at Nova Law School for the past 8 years and also publish the Florida Intellectual Property Law blog, an online journal focusing on Florida intellectual property practice.
My wife and I reside in Plantation with our three children and enjoy fishing and kayaking during our free time.
