Adjunct Professor Schwartz is an attorney in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. Her practice focuses on commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to entering private practice, she served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General.
Adjunct Professor Schwartz is Vice President of the Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association and a board member of the Stephen R. Booher American Inn of Court. She is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association (Broward County Chapter), and the International Trademark Association.
Since 2012, Adjunct Professor Schwartz has served as a faculty member in NITA’s Deposition Skills Program at the Shepard Law Center.
