Adjunct Professor Garofalo is President of Garofalo Law Office P.A. in Coral Springs and General Counsel of Rise Realty in Miami.  He has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney since 2009 and a Florida Realtor® since 2010. 

Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, Adjunct Professor Garofalo has worked on a variety of real estate transactions ranging from standard home closings to complex commercial real estate leases, acquisitions, and finance. 

Prior to opening his law practice, Adjunct Professor Garofalo was a Real Estate Law Associate at Shutts & Bowen LLP in West Palm Beach and a Real Estate and Corporate Law Associate at Tripp Scott, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale. 

In addition to his professional experience, Adjunct Professor Garofalo is an active community member in Parkland where he has resided with his family since 2003. Adjunct Professor Garofalo is a parishioner and volunteer at Mary Help of Christians Church in Parkland and served on the City of Parkland Planning & Zoning Board from 2009 through 2013 as well as the Parkland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
