Jude CooperAdjunct Professor
Jude Cooper graduted summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University. He has spent his legal career engaged in the practice of commercial litigation, representing a broad spectrum of parties, from individuals operating sole proprietorships to Fortune 100 companies. He has litigated numerous types of disputes, including contract litigation, franchise litigation, trademark infringement, antitrust, real estate litigation, probate litigation, and commercial arbitration. He is a co-founder and managing partner of Polenberg, Cooper, Saunders, & Riesberg, PL, a law firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Los Angeles.
Mr. Cooper is the immediate Past Chair of the Antitrust, Franchise, and Trade Regulation Committee, and the current Vice-Chair (Chair-Elect) of the Business Litigation Committee of the Florida Bar Business Law Section. He has been a member of the Section's Executive Council for the past several years.
Mr. Cooper is licensed to practice in Florida and California.
