Previously, Adjunct Professor Katz was an Associate and Law Clerk at Smith Currie & Hancock LLP in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he had extensive experience defending and prosecuting a wide range of construction and commercial claims and disputes representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and sureties.
