, ,Adjunct Professor Bannan is the managing attorney of a foreclosure firm in Hollywood where she oversees all aspects of the foreclosure process from the initial complaint through final judgment as well as resolving litigation issues.
Previously, Adjunct Professor Bannan was an Attorney / Closing Coordinator and Title Business Development at Realogy (Sunbelt Title Agency/Coldwell Banker); a Litigation Attorney with Melito & Adolfson, P.C. representing large insurance companies; a Solo Practitioner-Real Estate and Commercial Litigation at The Law Office of Courtney Jared Bannan, LLC.
Early on in her career, she was a Law Clerk at The Law Office of Nydia Menendez and processed real estate files, drafted contracts, conducted real estate settlements and resolved title issues, and a Research Assistant/Team Editor/Editor at The ILSA Law Journal/International Research Guide.
Adjunct Professor Bannan was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is a Member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar.
