Steve Collard is a Vocational Economic Consultant. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with emphasis in Vocational Counseling. He has completed specialized graduate study in rehabilitation and the economics of disability. Since 1995, Mr. Collard’s testimony has defined the present value of monetary damages resulting from impairment to earning capacity, inability to perform household services, and need for medical and rehabilitation care.
