Public Interest Law Center
The Public Interest Law Center was established in 1996 by the Shepard Broad Law Center to serve as a focal point for all public interest law activities at the law center. The Public Interest Law Center operates many programs designed to encourage students to participate in public interest law while they are in law school, and to provide information regarding the
pursuit of a career in public interest law upon graduation. There are many programs with which students may gain information, experience, and exposure to the world of public interest law through the Public Interest Law Center.
The Public Interest Law Center is headed by Sharon Booth, Director of Public Interest Programs and Disability Services, and is located in Career Development, on the East Side of the Atrium.
